Vtg Napco Ceramic Porcelain Bisque Man Sitting on Red Pedestal

Beautiful souvenir piece from Lake Okoboji Iowa. Man is 4x2 1/2, the base is 4 x 3 1/2. Has some scrub marks on the back of the head and can use a really good wash. It is bisque so not sure how to wash it? Thank ya'll for stopping by, like and share, message me if you have any questions.
