For your consideration is this Gorgeous and Very Elegant Solid Sterling Silver Tray Cream & Sugar 3 Pc Set by Ellmore Silver Company of Meriden, CT.
This rare set is in excellent used condition – a Rare Find!
Superb sterling set includes a sugar bowl, creamer and a tray with date marks circa 1940's.
This fabulous set is featuring a clean line mid-century modernist elegant design: the set includes an open sugar and creamer with applied C-form handles and matching footed bases.  Both creamer & sugar still have some gold wash left inside. Beautifully polished rectangular tray is completing this spectacular set.
The Creamer & Sugar pieces are marked on the bottom with Ellmore hallmark, Sterling and 740. The Tray is marked on the bottom with Ellmore hallmark, Sterling, and 1480.
The Ellmore Silver Co. from Meriden Conn. were in business from 1935-1960.
Condition: The tray, cream and sugar are in excellent vintage condition and show only very minimal use.  No dents, damage or repairs.  Please see all photos carefully for details!
