Sterling Silver & Crystal Sugar Bowl with Spoon W340

This is an English crystal sugar bowl with a sterling silver lid & spoon, maker unknown, total weight of the sterling is a bit under 60 grams. The lid has a small ding at the tip of the handle, see last photo, no chipping in the crystal.
