These are High Temperature, Ultra Low-ESR radial motherboard capacitors made by Nichicon, a reputable Japanese manufacturer. These are new capacitors.
These capacitors are designed for the performance requirements of computer motherboards.  They are also excellent for repair of video cards, televisions, LCD monitors, power supplies, and other applications requiring very low impedance.

The price shown is for a set of 4 capacitors. To get 8 capacitors, you would buy 2 of these "items". Shipping is only charged for the first set, all others will ride for free.  Shipping can also be combined with different sizes from my

Sale Policies
The winning bidder can pay by Paypal (eBay's approved payment method).  Credit cards can be used through Paypal.  Payment must be received within 7 days.  I will make an effort to provide good communication and to ship the item promptly when I receive payment.
Sales Tax
eBay will add sales tax during checkout if your state requires it.
Combined Shipping
Shipping is the same flat amount regardless of how many items are in your order.  The highest shipping charge shown for any single item will be the total shipping charge for your entire order.  You only pay the shipping charge for one item and all additional items in your order will ride for free.   Please make sure to add all the items to your order first before paying, that way eBay will automatically combine them when you pay.
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt only if they are
unused
and in the same condition as you received them.  Used parts cannot be returned.  The refund would cover the original purchase price with outbound shipping and sales tax.  It would not cover return shipping, Customs, or other expenses.  In other words the refund would equal the total amount of your original invoice that was paid to me.  Please use a delivery confirmation service, and contact me before returning an item so I will be aware of it.
Shipping Options
I will ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and APO/FPO addresses.
- Signature Confirmation will be required on delivery for orders where the total payment (including all items, tax, and shipping) is 0 or more.  This is required by Paypal policy.
US buyers have 2 shipping options:
First-Class Parcel Mail
The most economical option. Your capacitors will be physically protected and mailed via USPS First-Class Parcel. This service is usually quick but the speed is not consistent, so please allow up to 1 week for your order to arrive. If you do not receive your items in 7 days, please contact me.
Priority Mail
Your capacitors will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  This is recommended if you need faster delivery.
Canada and Australia
Canadian and Australian shipments usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive, mostly depending on Customs.  Items will be shipped out promptly after receiving cleared payment.  I will declare the item value as the item price (without shipping).  International bidders are responsible for any import taxes that may be due when you receive the item.
Canadian and Australian shipments have the following options.
First-Class Mail International
Your capacitors will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail International in a box.  Delivery time is hard to predict, it may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.  Occasionally international packages may suffer long delays in Customs.

, this way eBay will automatically combine their shipping when you pay.  If there is any problem with the total, let me know and I can fix the invoice.
For simplicity, I charge a fixed amount for this shipping method, rather than attempting to calculate it per-order.  This exceeds the postage price on most smaller orders.  This is partly to account for the cost of the box and also to justify the time required to prepare these packages.  International packages are more time consuming to prepare and can't be dropped off, they must be shipped over the retail counter.
I take prompt shipping seriously and will ship within 1 business day once cleared payment is received.  Note that Paypal eChecks can cause a significant delay before they clear.  Typical Paypal payments do not have this delay and will ship promptly, I'm only referring to eChecks.
I cannot ship on weekends or postal holidays
(the local Post Office is closed on both Saturdays and Sundays).
Saturday shipping
is sometimes possible for domestic shipments, if I receive
cleared
payment by 10PM Eastern Time on Friday evening.  That gives me the necessary lead-time to arrange for a postal pickup.
However, postal regulations don't allow this for international packages.
